「Clean room and property. We Love staying at the Surf and Sand!! We come every year around the same time, and we always stay here! You can't beat the location!! It is right across the street from the beach/Pier, and only a few miles from the Dog beach! it's also convenient to restaurant's, shopping and convenient stores. You will not be disappointed! Not to mention the free Bike and Kayak rentals and free breakfast every day! The only thing I would suggest is bringing a broom with you. I know it...
