I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem. I asked for a phone number to call because the online chat was too inefficient. She gave me a U.S. number, so I made an international call — but it turned out to be...

「Bedding is poor. Old spring mattress, i would not recommend it if you have weak back. One of the radiators does not work. Parking charges are a rip off instead of charging per calendar date, it should be charged per 24 hours Otherwise a very clean property 」

「We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable.」

「It wasnt a bad little place, it was close to wembly staduim and a comfortable and mostly clean room but there was some stuff left in the fridge and the bin was emptied but apart from that it was farely nice. We did find a few faults, the shower was coming off the wall and the peak hole cover for the door was bent and loose so it couldnt cover.」
