「Very friendly welcome, charming room, and great breakfast. I especially enjoyed the crescent rolls! It's right by a train station, and you can get a pass that allows free train travel though Bolzano. And if you play tennis, the hotel has a court!」

「This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. 「Ein Hotel mit viel Charme, wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer und es gab hervorragendes Essen. Das Personal sehr , sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziger Nachteil, viel zuviel Tische im Speisesaal, war etwas eng gestellt und dass Hunde im Speisesaal erlaubt sind obwohl ein Teppichboden verlegt ist, finde ich nicht so toll. Nix für Allergiker. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder」
