The room was clean and newly renovated, although the new microwave did not work. But the big complaint we had was that the code to enter the building did not work. We got lucky and entered because somebody else was coming out. There is no help on site so we used the help resources on the app, which were limited to a chatbot and an email address. We emailed and explained that we couldn’t enter at night. We did not get a reply until the next morning! If we hadn’t been lucky to catch the door when somebody left we would have been locked out all night! So it’s very risky to stay here.
