Wir waren zu einem Konzert im Kulturbahnhof und haben eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe gesucht. Das Hotel Havenhaus liegt nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Personal ist super freundlich! Das Frühstück in dem schön eingerichteten Restaurantbereich war lecker und der tolle Latte Macchiato riesig. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten waren superbequem. Ja, mag sein, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und man es an der ein oder anderen Stelle sieht, aber wir haben uns superwohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder ein Zimmer im Hotel Havenhaus buchen.

Ich war als teilnehmender Künstler beim Festival Maritim dort untergebracht. Aufgrund der besonderen Situation nutzte ich das Hotel ausschließlich zum Schlafen. Es liegt aber sehr schön im alten Hafenviertel von Vegesack. Der Tresen mit der langen Holzplanke ist der Hammer. Die Küchendüfte waren verlockend.

Leider wurde vor dem Einchecken nicht erwähnt, das entgegen der Beschreibung kein Frühstück angeboten wird, krankheitsbedingt. Das war für mich ein Kriterium bei der Auswahl, schade. Das Zimmer etwas aufgepeppt, das Badezimmer schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ingesamt für diesen Preis etwas überhöht.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Das Gebäude iist denkmalpflegerisch aufgebaut. Blick und Vorplatz sehr schön an der Weser gelegen. Eines der schönsten Gebäude in Vegesack. Frühstück war umfangreich. Die Übernachtung für Euro 135 für 2 Personen war günstig Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Zwei Gäste aus Rotenburg-Wümme
