I didn't known that it was needed to bring my own bedsheets and pillows - at least the receptionist was gentle and explained to us this condition and offered us to borrow these items from the hostel for 3€ per person. The room is nice and clean. The shared bathroom is ok, it is strange that the light switch is outside the bathroom.

Great location near the main train station. Staff are friendly. There was a guest kitchen with a dish washer that I can cook in the hostel. I feel uncomfortable with the bathroom, because there was no compartment or curtain to separate the shower, which mean I can see other woman showering and they can see me too. Other than that, everything was great.

Einfaches Hotel im Stadtzentrum

Das Hotel bietet das beste Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis, dass ich seit langem erlebt habe. Sehr sauber, ruhige Lage. Die Ausstattung ist dem Preis entsprechend einfach, aber sehr zweckmässig und komfortabel. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.

デュッセルドルフからＤＢ利用で、ブレーメンに移動した際、列車が2時間以上遅れて、チェックイン期限の22：30までに着かず、管理人は不在で、ホテルの狭いロビーで寝た。朝7時頃管理人が来て、事情を話すと、部屋を使用していないにも関わらずしっかり宿泊費は払わされた。

Das Haus ist nachts ausschließlich über einen Tür-Code zu betreten. In meinem Fall wurde mir allerdings nicht persönlich, sondern nur kurzfristig über Email mitgeteilt, dass sich dieser in regelmäßigen Abständen ändert. Das hatte zur Folge, dass ich in der zweiten Nacht meines Aufenthaltes nicht mehr ins Haus und mein bezahltes Bett kam. Da es in der ersten Nacht keine Probleme gab, vermutete ich einen technischen Fehler der Schließanlage. Es war aber nicht möglich einen Ansprechpartner mittels ausgewiesener Notfallnummer zu kontaktieren. Schließlich musste ich die zweite gebuchte Nacht andernorts verbringen. Die Kosten für diese Nacht wurden mir auf meine dringende Bitte zwar erstattet, die Reaktion der Geschäftsleitung empfinde ich dennoch als Hohn: Obwohl die Situation als Folge der Desinformation seitens einer Mitarbeiterin eingetreten ist, die es versäumt hat, mich auf den bevorstehenden Codewechsel hinzuweisen, wurde mir eine gewisse Mitschuld an der Situation unterstellt: da ich ahnungslos war, habe ich am Sonntag Nachmittag meine Emails nämlich (und damit auch die Info-Mail des Hostels) nicht abgerufen. Auch wenn die Chefin Besserung im Krisenmanagement gelobt, für mich ist es unbefriedigend das "Versuchskaninchen" bei auftretenden "Kinderkrankheiten" der Schließanlage gewesen zu sein.

Prisvärd och enkelt

Enkelt och bra hostel. Lite störigt att personalen kom in på rummet kl. 7 på morgonen för att visa rummet till en gäst. Alla i rummet låg och sov, men vaknade då de trampade in och pratade högt.
