"We absolutely loved this hotel. A complimentary shuttle picks you up from the train station. You receive a welcome glass of bubbly or juice. We booked two massages (last minute) which were excellent. View from rooftop bar was simply stunning. Evening turn down service was a lovely touch. Buffet breakfast was substantial and very fresh. Staff were excellent - attentive and friendly. Would stay again and totally recommend."

"It's a basic hotel with limited amenities, no fridge in the room. Breakfast was limited but OK. Reception staff, especially Erja were very helpful. The restaurant Riccardo attached to the hotel has very good pizzas and generally good food, even though waiting staff seemed to be fed up most of the time. Since we were here mainly to experience the outdoor scenery the hotel did it's job. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom."

"This was one of best hotels during our visit to Switzerland ! The staff was amazing! They make us fee welcome since the first minute we arrived until we left. I will definitely come back again!! I was traveling with my son and they surprise him with a birthday surprise cake and room decoration they really made our stay wonderful!! The lady in red was amazing.!!!
