「I was upset with Expedia as I wanted to book with a property that had a hot tub. The lady said "I will check for you" at this property. She came back on the line and said yes they had a hot tub. I told her I would call back to book as my husband was driving and I needed the credit card. We got to the property and they said they did not have a hot tub」
「Disappointing stay. Both rooms had strong deodorizer smells and dark buildup on the AC vents that raised concerns about possible mold or mildew. The floors were poorly cleaned, and the sofa was heavily soiled and worn. Noise from the courtyard and upstairs guests made sleeping difficult. Staff were helpful in changing my room, but the overall experience was well below expectations. I would not stay here again.」
