Worth a stay

We stayed there for 5 nights and overall it was great. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us. The room was tidy and felt overall clean. The location is excellent - you are in the city centre within a few minutes by foot, but still far away enough from all the hussle and bussle. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ticked all the boxes for us, safe underground parking,Pet friendly & air conditioning & 12 noon checkout. Also within walking distance of the town centre restaurants/bars, just perfect for a one night stay ,we will use again.

It was very difficult to access by car. You need to park on the sidewalk temporarily and go in to reception to check-in and ask for an access code to the underground parking. The smoking area was right outside the your window where people go out and make lots of noise until 4am in the morning. The room is basic and clean. Extremely overpriced for what they offer.

Overall a very good stay at the hotel. However, we have difficulty to find the reception and a parking place outside the hotel. In order to access the parking place, we need to check in first.

Hotel itself is quite nice. Access is tricky and the total absence of instructions made it hard to find the hotel itself and then the car park. Apparently direct bookings get instructions - so unfortunately Expedia customers seem to be regarded as second class patrons.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, was fĂŒr einen kurzen Aufenthalt praktisch ist. Leider war unser Zimmer sehr klein. Trotz des Schilds zur Zimmerreinigung wurde unser Zimmer nicht gesĂ€ubert, sodass wir abends keine frischen HandtĂŒcher mehr hatten. Die Rezeption ist ab 23 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt, was in solchen FĂ€llen unpraktisch ist. FĂŒr eine kurze Übernachtung in Ordnung, aber wir wĂŒrden hier nicht noch einmal buchen.

Impossible de rentrer dans l'hÎtel !!! Arrivé à 1h heure du matin par train, le portail électronique n'a pas fonctionné malgré l'inscription du nom et du numéro de réservation. Il n'y a aucun téléphone de secours, personne pour vous aider .; et tous les hÎtels de Braunschweig étaient complets... une nuit horrible, heureusement il pleuvait sur une ville magnifique !
