Nice hotel - renovated rooms and friendly staff. The single room had a shower over the bath that was tricky getting in and out of. The breakfast had freshly baked bread though you might want to enquire about options not on display which were limited.

It looks like nothing from the outside, but lovely inside. Nice and clean room. Soft bed and good pillows. Good facilities. Nice little detail like a handtowel to wipe make-up off. Easy and safe parking in the yard. Delicious breakfast with bread, eggs, sausages, cold meats, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, etc. Unfortunately the discount in the spa department is only for two. If you go alone, the price is the same as for two.

Godt ophold - kan anbefales

Ankom ved midnat og alt var klart til os. Rigtigt godt hotel især for forretningsfolk. 300 m til sporvognen der kører direkte ned i den gamle by. Morgenmaden er fremragende. Eneste ulempe er manglende aircon på værelset. Vi kommer igen.

Einmal und nie wieder

Wenn Sie in einem Hotel morgens von Mitarbeiterin an der Reception nicht begrüßt werden, wissen Sie dass sie in ein schlechtes Hotel ausgestiegen sind. Wenn nicht mal der 01. Januar ein Grund den Kopf from Handy zu nehmen ist, dürfte man nicht an der Reception arbeiten. Ein Hotel mitten in Wohngebiet nichts zu beanstanden, nur da der Nachbar/in Tierquälerei betreibt, (Hund im Winter bei minus Temperatur draußen zu lassen), wurde ich vom bellenden Hund Tag und Nacht gestört. In Sicht keine Hotel Verantwortung, nur die schlechte Isolierung der Fenster im Hotel, hilft hier definitiv nicht. Nicht mal bei der ständigen lauten Musik im Hotel Gänge. Wenn schon Musik, bitte leiser, dezenter. Das Hotel wird als 4 Sterne Hotel beschrieben, warum eigentlich nicht 6? So ernst sind die 4 Sterne zu nehmen.

Von der Sauberkeit her (Staub an Stellen, wo man vielleicht nicht auf den ersten Blick hinschaut) hätte ich mir bei einem 4-Stern-Hotel mehr erwartet. Probleme beim Check In (die junge Trainee-Angestellte hat verrechnet und von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, obwohl der Betrag schon an Expedia bezahlt wurde, ich hoffe, ich bekomme das Geld problemlos zurück), zufrieden war ich mit dem Frühstück.
