Really great stay! Fantastic location, perfect for exploring the city. Great little single room, perfect size for one person. The bed was very, very soft. The shower was powerful, hot, and easy to use with my mobility issues. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and let me store my bag for the day when I arrived many hours before check in. It was a bit noisy on the weekend (Friday) night, but that's the central location. 9/10 would recommend, 10/10 if soft mattresses are your thing.

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Room was a good temp and only issues were no lift (I thought the receptionist was going to help us with our bags up the stairs but it wasn’t that much of an issue) and the positioning of the shower meant it flooded the bathroom unless you held it. Otherwise PERFECT and very comfortable

A real little gem tucked away just off the main old town area. Safe, clean and very quiet, we slept extremely well during the 3 night stay. Staff were helpful, breakfast good - typical continental style. Bathroom modern, great water pressure and was always hot when needed. My only complaint is that it would have been good to have a safe in the room. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would gladly stay here again

This hotel is literally next to the Old Town. Very convenient location. Public transportation is also easy. Buses within a few minutes walk. We took Bus 29 to visit Castle Devin. Next to embassies, very safe area. The only thing to be careful is the stairs (it's an old building and no lift) but there are handrails so not too difficult. Breakfast is adequate with cooked items (scrambled, poached, boiled eggs, French toast, crepes, etc.) and cold cuts and salad. Overall, a comfortable place.

The hotell was ok. It’s a 3 star and you get what you pay for. and The staff was Nice :) what I didn’t appreciate was being accused for sinking in a person. I asked in advance that we would be two half of the stay. And even got an extra key the day my friend came. The next day they wanted taxes for the whole stay as cleaning staff lied and said we where two the hole stay. When it became clear that was not the case, no apology. Just pay tax for the half stay which is of course ok, but didn’t like the way it was handled. BUT all in all it was ok. And hope that this one person just had a bad day. I would book again :)

Room was ok. On the last day, there was an accident and there was no water but it seemed to have been repaired fairly fast after we checked out. It was near a Christmas market. Overall it would have been 5/5 if not for some nuisance hotel guests who banged loudly on the property's entrance at 1am to the point our door on the 2nd floor rattled. This woke and scared us terribly :( the police came to resolve the issue but I think there should be better precautions like a hotline for late night customers (there is no 24h reception)
