Arrived after 11 and left before 6. The front desk experience was excellent. Hope it was OK that I just left the key on the front desk - didn’t want to wake anyone up. Only negative was a couple of noisy guests - late night talking. Recommended

Trying to get a hold to expedite was impossible to cancel a night. Done with Expedia. Should be more flexible if changes are needed. hotel was fine for 3 star. Noisy no air breakfast was a 3.

Old showers as well as the rest of the furniture. In our room on the last floor it was high humidity and cold, as a result we got a flu and had to move out of the establishment completely in order to get better.

The photo and the reality are two different worlds. Easy electrocution: Lamp had the cable exposed in two places. Drain in the shower was stuck Soap head came off Hair and other garbage on the floor No trash bin Walls are hear through. Could understand the words spoken on the TV on the other side. No ventilation. Windows do not suffice. No air conditioning of course. Puts me on the third floor although there were places on the ground floor. No elevator course. Staff is dishonest, with an attitude, and does not put me in touch with the manager, although the manager is clearly there in the middle of the day- I could hear them talk to each other. A great way to start a holiday.

Im Zimmer waren bei Ankunft 30°. Und keine Klimaanlage verfügbar. Nur ein Ventilator, bei Außentemperaturen von 28° sinnlos. Das Dachfenster im Bad ließ sich nicht öffnen, es gab keinen Ventilator für die Abluft. Am Abfluss im Waschbecken war kein Bedienhebel zum Öffnen . Das Frühstück war hingegen toll!

Trevligt pensionat

Bodde tre nätter på hotellet. På detta hotellet som flera andra vi låg på i Rumänien så var det ingen ventilation i rummet eller badrummet. Tur det finns fönster. Likaså var det lampor vid var sida om sängen men bara en kunde användas då det inte fanns någon stickkontakt till den andra. Pensionatet låg bra till med bl.a. en genuin restaurang strax intill. Gick in till gamla staden men rekommenderar att man ta bussen nr 4 utanför hotellet istället. Frukosten var OK med med lite varm mat. De hade även färdigbredda snittar med tonfisk eller smatsatt mjukost. De flesta i recptioen pratade bra engelska

Nooit meer terug in Pension Ambient dit is zeker.

Helemaal niet net.Zo vonden we chips en vuiligheid onder het bed. Onconfortabel bed. Gebroken toilet. Ontvangst buitenmatig onvriendelijk. Ontbijt was wel goed maar de koffie slecht en te kleine ruimte om alle gasten op te vangen. Er kwamen ook gasten van een van hun andere hotels massaal aanschuiven. De dame verantwoordelijk voor het ontbijt was de enige vriendelijke persoon die we daar ontmoet hebben. Wel confortabel de parking voor het hotel. We hebben 3 verschillende personen aan de receptie gezien. De ene al onvriendelijker dan de andere.

I had a nice balcony. But I had to go up 4 flights of stairs continually. I couldn’t get parked one night as all the spaces were full and the guy on the desk was particularly unhelpful and said I needed to park elsewhere and pay which wasn’t true. I didn’t have to pay on a side street across the Road. My bathroom still had hair on the floor from a previous guest and the bed rocked and creaked all night. It was convenient for the old Brasov Town centre and the shopping centre. It served my purpose but I won’t stay there again hopefully

Rustikal und gemütlich

Ist eine schöne Pension. Alt aber fein. Service alles Ok! Leider gibt es nicht genug Parkplätze und so mussten wir das Auto gegenüber auf einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz abstellen. Es ist sehr viel Verkehr auf der Straße vor der Pension.

NICE STAY

This place was nice, good location, close to many attractions, rooms are ok, maybe a bit old school if you want, but beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and big. Overall, a positive experience for the price.

We booked this hotel because we stayed previously in the hotel the same company runs in Cristian, Sibiu thinking we would find same quality. This hotel is terribly basic and outdated, with NO ELEVATOR so we had to carry the bahgages on steps to the 4th floor and NO AIR CONDITIONING, it was so hot and had to sleep with open windows and a noisy street. This should not be rated 3 stars, it is a shame shame shame. Paying 120euros/night for this crap place is really sad, real shame for the owners.

What is good: 1) It's not a terrible property. 2) Prices are good. 3) It feels relatively safe and though it looks run down and needs some TLC, it's okay. What they could improve: 1) Provide fans in every room. We got one after asking, but it was HOT and muggy in our room and too loud by street to leave stuff open 2) Cheer up that crabby man who serves breakfast and is so rude 3) Laundry- when a customer has laundry you don't give them a trash bag and no slip and tell them to drop it off. I ended up hand writing a list and the laundry was done well BUT it was extra work for me and tacky. 4) Get Do Not Disturb signs, people want them. Don't say you have them when you don't. 5) When the US Army is there occupying the entire breakfast lounge, make other space available or tell other customers we can take our food to our room. We were unsure of rules and crabby breakfast man was no help 6) More than one tiny trash can in bathroom TIPS: 1) there is no elevator- so prepare to march up hot stairs 2) This hotel does not have a bar- it has a seating area where the front desk person can leave their space, run in, mix you a drink and run back to work. Bar area is hot when it's warm out 3) there's a GREAT restaurant just a couple doors down that the front desk didn't even mention. it has a tree in the open courtyard center- great food and super help.

мы были в декабре маленький пансион уютный лифта нет, лестница витая вай фай хороший ,есть мини бар,в тв русских каналов нет,летом в этот отель ехать не советую ,так как нет кондиционеров,питание шведский стол не плохо
