Perfect stay in Brasov

Excellent stay, very close to the historic center and good restaurants/bars, yet at a calm location (the only noise you hear is from guests who talk in corridors...). Efficiently and friendly personnel, very pleasant external areas, with a view over the city. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was informative and nice. The garden view were great. However, there were some disadvantages, such as stained on the carpet, water from the melted ice in the refrigerator, and heater not work now.

Great view. Easy walk through the park to the town. Enjoyable breakfast with other guests. Comfortable room. Fair bit of road noise in the room and parking was taken so we parked on the verge across the road, but it was a busy holiday weekend so I think would usually be OK. Couple of minor maintenance issues in room but nothing serious. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place close to center of town!

Good location just a 10 minute down the hill to old town. Air conditioning was not wot working or blew back from the bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Very nice accommodation near to the old town

The most comfortable hotel room we had in Romania, we slept very well! The room was large and facilities good. We had some trouble getting into the accommodation as the owner hadn't been able to contact us, but they answered the phone when we called them. The breakfast could be improved as it was quite basic.Very convenient location for walking to the old town.

The check-in process seemed unusual to us. No one was there when we arrived and we didn't know how to enter the hotel. Fortunately we had a Romanian speaking guide who called the proprietor. Once inside, everything was in fine order. However, the property is not as accessible to the city center as shown in the listing.

Το κατάλυμα είναι ανακαινισμένο και διαθέτει δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης. Η ιδιοκτήτρια, πολλή γλυκιά και φιλική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο, αλλά στο μπάνιο χρειαζόταν λίγη περισσότερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα. Η διαδρομή προς το κέντρο είναι κατηφορική και περνάς από τον λευκό πύργο και από άλλα όμορφα σημεία. Στην επιστροφή μπορείτε να πάρετε uber και θα σας κοστίσει μόλις 10ron.

Casa Moritz was a very nice place to stay,situated on the very edge of Brasov. Property was very clean and tidy, Staff were nice & friendly, Breakfast was nice with a good selection, lovely view from the terrace would definitely stay there again

A comfortable stay

Stay was good and comfortable but the road is somewhat busy so you have to be careful parking and leaving. The host was very nice and put us in a different room when we found the sheets not up to our standard and there was a slight smell in the room (not sure if cleaning stuff or what). Breakfast was good.

Veldig fint, spesielt på våren/sommeren

Veldig behagelige senger, stort bad og romslige rom. Eneste som trekker ned er feil kommunikasjon ved frokostserveringen, da de har en annen løsning under covid som førte til at vi ikke fikk frokost på siste dag.

The location is amazing! On the route to Poiana Braşov, looking over Braşov city center. 10-15 mins walk to Piata Sfatului (downtown). Amenities standard as in a 4* hotel. Cleaning was perfect. New furniture. The manager, Mrs. Lavinia was very helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the incredibly small tv in the bedroom (the size of my laptop screen); but there was a regular size one in the sitting room, one meter away. It’s an excellent accommodation for families, couples, or groups.
