Loved Brasilia - better level service required
Dissapointed that info in room was different from realist - it suggested that level lounge was open on Friday till 12 midnight - it was note and no level facility was offered nor any alternative eg vouchers for bar - found this a disappointment and staff were very unsympathetic - if you book level you expect some service even at weekends - most unsatisfactory

Nice place to stay!
The Meliá Brasil 21 was great, as always. My only minor complaint this time was about the pillows, which felt a little flat. Maybe it's time for replacement. Everything else was fine.

I stay often - mainly it’s a very nice hotel with good food, but there are three areas it is poor… 1. It’s often cold in Brasilia and the heating it totally inadequate. I stayed in late May and again in early July and the room was very uncomfortably cold 2. I find The smart TVs never work and can never tune into Netflix - maybe I’m unlucky with the room but I pay extra to get a deluxe room - only to find this problem 3. The wifi is not really good enough - it’s very intermittent Mike Hodgson

It is always good to receive the evaluation of a frequent guest, that is aware of our flaws and can help us to recognize and fix those. I am sorry if the TV problem is so frequent, and if the wi-fi doesn't prove itself good enough. Our IT department will be informed of both matters. The question regarding the heating system will also be attended, especialy since we are facing temperature drops more frequently in Brasilia.
