Sincerely, it's probably the best hotel in Brasilia. It's clean, staff are amazing, I really like the breakfast and the rooms are very nice. The view of the monuments is incredible, I was lucky to be on the 12th floor and still be jetlagged from europe, so I saw the sun rise over the city and it was incredible

This hotel is amazing! We absolutely loved it. Very quiet. Extremely comfortable beds. The staff took such great care of us. The view from our room was amazing. We left the curtains open so we could wake up to it. This hotel is perfect. Stay here. You will love it!

There was a cockroach on the breakfast buffet and flies landing everywhere. Either close the windows and turn on the AC or put a cover over the food. I lost my appetite. The elevators are old and the door to my room failed to work several times. I was told to wait outside my door until the repairman arrived. I stood there for 2 minutes and gave up. I won’t be coming back.

A equipe do hotel extremamente atenciosa. desde a reserva com o Davi, que nos deu upgrade de quarto até os funcionários da recepção, que anteciparam nosso check-in. Meu marido fez aniversário durante nossa estadia e o Leonardo Monteiro, gerente operacional, nos ofertou duas bandejas de frutas em nosso quarto, com um cartão, parabenizando pela data. Quarto bom, com uma sala grande, mas o banheiro pequeno. O vaso sanitário era grudado na parede do box. A limpeza do quarto poderia melhorar, como também a manutenção das acomodações. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização excelente. Check-out rápido e eficiente.
