It was fine for the price, but our shower had mold in it, no air vent, and our toilet wasn’t attached to the floor. Every hallway, lobby and elevator lacked air conditioning. We enjoyed the lower level where the pool was and the bartender was awesome!!

Friendly staff, clean, great bed and pillows, good amenities, yummy breakfast and close to the attractions. It is on the hill so expect walking uphill and it can get busy, especially on weekends

There was mold on the ceiling in our room.. The caulking in the shower was coming off and the shower panel was loose. the A/C in the building didn’t work properly. So the building was very hot. The elevators and hallways were 87 degrees. Thank goodness our room air worked!

Restaurant/bar had good food and cold drinks. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast nothing spectacular. Eggs, sausuge, gravy, biscuits, cereals, french toast and fruit. AC throught hotel besides the roo.s did not seem to be working. It was rather warm in the halls, lobby, elevator and fitness room. Rooms were comfortably cool but not cold. I paid for the upgraded queen and I'm not sure what was upgraded about it other than some paint compared to others in our group who had booked the regular double queen. It was a decent hotel although I wouldnt stay here again.

Disappointing Stay — Would Not Recommend I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel like future guests deserve a heads-up. My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The bed sheets had visible stains, which immediately raised hygiene concerns. On top of that, there was noticeable mold in the bathroom — not just a little mildew, but actual black mold on the ceiling. To make matters worse, the room didn’t even have a microwave, which made it inconvenient for warming up food or drinks. Pool is very small for the size of the hotel. For the price, I expected at least basic cleanliness and amenities. Definitely wouldn’t return or recommend.

This place used to be great. Now that it is Thousand Hills they have completely gone down the drain. I would have thought once Thousands Hills took over that they would have gotten even better, but NOPE! place was one of the most unclean hotels I have ever stayed in. We ended up changing rooms 3 times only to "settle" for our 3rd room because it was not as bad as the others and the fact that they had no other rooms left. We were so close to just leaving and finding a new place to stay. Stayed at this hotel many of times in the past but this will be my last time here. If I was Thousand Hills I certainly wouldn't want my name on this hotel.

I have no clue why this hotel got a 4 star rating. Honest review here, the hotel room is super outdated there bathroom can’t even fit two people in there at once. I have booked a two queen bed for my boyfriend and daughter to spend our family vacation thinking that it would be 4 stars and it’s been 2 maybe 3 stars if that. When arriving the front desk was super nice and helpful and handed out room key, mind you we drove here 8 hours and all we wanted to do was clean up and go out for dinner and rest up. Went up to our 3rd floor room keys didn’t work, understand it happens didn’t make a big deal went back downstairs now waiting in line at the front desk told them our keys didn’t work, they gave us new keys we went up and again used our keys didn’t work again. Now a very grumpy mother and a very tired child. Flagged down to help and she let us in our room so we can at least put our things down. Went back downstairs gave new keys and yup guessed it didn’t work again and now the maintenance guy is tried our keys didn’t work told us he’ll fix the door mind you we had dinner ticket to go to and have told the front desk that we’re in a rush and just need to freshen up and get going. Maintenance guy took about 45 mins- to an hour to fix the door. They came and left and we got going too but wanted to check if the key worked before we took off and again didn’t work, we went downstairs and tired to get new keys so when we got back there wouldn’t be an issue nothing was done.

Paid for remodeled rooms that weren’t remodeled. Room phone was missing buttons and unplugged. Turned in to front desk and never got replaced. Put request for room service that didn’t come. Went back and had to request again. Facility has seen better days. Kids enjoyed pool. Lots of weed smokers about the pool area. Breakfast was ok but same thing every day. Stay was ok but we had gripes listed above.
