The free breakfast was nice and saved some money. Also, we were very close to the Amish store and Sight and Sound along with some other attractions. A good value for the money.

We have stayed in this hotel twice. The price is good and the hotel is decent. Has a nice little pool outside that, unfortunately, closes at 9pm. I wish it would stay open until 10 or 11pm. It is an outdoor pool after all. The hotel is older, you can tell from the carpet and the rooms, but its clean and the beds are comfortable. They have a nice hot breakfast in the mornings. Checkout is 11am, thats a plus to me!

Found hair bands scattered in bathroom. Limited breakfast items out (not sure how many they had to resupply breakfast items) or work to work preparing breakfast items. Decent for an older motel.

This place is great for the budget minded traveler. You can stay in Branson for not a lot of money and every attraction is pretty much nearby. It is in a great location. The pool is also very well maintained and clean. Parking is super easy, and there are lots of parking spaces. Check in was easy with a friendly desk clerk. Breakfast was great and also had a very friendly and helpful attendant. We had an issue with our door not latching shut and they came and fixed it right away, with no delay. It was very quiet- we heard no noise from the hall or from other rooms or guests. We had easy access to the room. The room was stocked with clean towels and soap, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean. Pillows were great. We experienced two issues though- our daughter was near foot and her feet turned black from walking on the carpet, the carpet was not clean, we had to wear shoes to go to the bathroom at night. Also, one morning about 9:30, we had the do not disturb sign on the door, and house keeping knocked, and then unlocked the door and tried to come in! With the do not disturb sign on the outside of the door! My minor daughter was in the process of getting dressed in the room while I was in the bathroom at that time. Not cool. We had the inside lock latched so they were not able to open the door thankfully, but that was scary to be in an indisposed position and people trying to come in with the do not disturb sign on the door.

Enjoyed the nice breakfast and very quiet rooms. Not impressed with the sloping parking for handicap people. Very hard getting in and out of our car to use walker and having to climb uphill.

Overall it was great for the price. Clean, decent breakfast, close to the strip but far enough away that the traffic wasn't horrible. The beds were ok for one night. We'd definitely stay again for another quick trip!

This place is very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! It’s close enough get to the attractions quickly but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing! Pool was clean and fun and the air conditioning worked GREAT!!!Lol! The staff was very polite and friendly too!

Location is OK. Carpet egdes in rooms dust buildup. Wanted housekeeping one day during stay however, was not swept, no fresh sheets, nor was bed made. Covers were somewhat pulled up. No access to coffee except during breakfast, other than 2 packets in the room of regular coffee and 2 packets of decaf.
