Great staff. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and clean. The only complaint we had was room smelt like someone had smoked in it at some point. But I sprayed some stuff and it was fine. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing worked in our room.. air conditioning was out. It was hot! They came in and put a new air conditioner in on Saturday. He told us to give it a couple hours to cool the room down. We got back like 5hrs later our room was still muggy & hot .. I’m guessing it was a bad weekend for them.

I’ve never been to a hotel that had two buildings, one without a front desk, but everything went well. Rooms were clean, shower was amazing, beds were super comfy. Easy access to everything, great pool. I’d definitely stay here again!

Would have loved it more if room service was standard and not where we had to request it 24hrs in advanced for them to come and clean the room. By their standards room service was every 3 days. I’ve stayed in plenty hotels and never had I run into this kind of issue. I mean we didn’t need clean sheets every night but towels and wash cloths would have been nice instead of having to request some every day. The hotel was still good overall but that was my only pet peeve.

Never know what to expect when going to Branson area- so many hotels and even some with good reviews are not the greatest. This was a nice experience- beds comfortable, didn’t smell musty, staff was kind. Shower head was very old and short but did the trick. Have to travel to Branson once a year for a night and I would choose this hotel again in the future.

This hotel was right off the main strip in Branson It was clean & comfy & has 2 pools. 1 inside building and 1 outside. Continental breakfast in dining area was good & always hot! Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice place to stay, it’s close to many budget friendly restaurants and family activities! Definitely recommend

This is the second year we have stayed here for a family reunion. Check in was excellent and the rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Close to attractions. Will stay there again.

The carpet in the elevator definitely needs to be shampooed and the elevator was a concern. When we got on it and hit a button to go to a different floor, it would beep and the doors would open and shut this happened almost every time we got on the elevator over a three day. Period

We stayed here last summer as well. Hmm.. unfortunately guest leave their trash at random in the parking lot. We like the complentary breakfast. We like the outdoor pool. Pool towels could be larger. There are no full sized blankets for the beds. There is some kind of throw. Maybe they have larger blankets, I didn't ask. That would be amazing. Clean, safe, and reasonably priced. Would stay again..may inquire about blankets..

Average room. comfortable bed and soft sheets. Nice outdoor pool we didn’t use the indoor pool. Location very convenient to all the theaters and activities on the strip. Breakfast was crowded while we were there so hard for the staff to keep up on food.

The bathroom was so small you had to go in and then close the door, shower was barely big enough to shower. Pillows on the bed were the size of throw pillows.
