Access issues
Only problem with the hotel is we couldn't gain access when we arrived there around midday - my wife stayed at the front door while I tried an entrance around the back which was also locked - we finally managed to attract someone's attention so that they could open the door for us. Other than that glitch we were happy with the hotel and staff.

Great location. Walked everywhere. And took a bus to Marianbad. A challenge to get back. I'd ask the drivers, do you go to "Molkenbarkt"? I'd get a puzzled look. Eventually found out I should have said "Neustädtlicher Markt."

The parking situation was great. The car was right outside the door and most of all safe. The room was small but clean and had what we needed.

They care about their customers!
The hotel room was very neat and nice and view from my balcony was straight to the central plaza. Huge props for the hotel Attendant who made sure I got in to my room since by the time we got there, there were no attendant at the front desk. Amazing service from the staff!

Kleine alte Hotels unterstützen
War am Anfang etwas schwierig, weil nicht alles funktioniert hat, was funktionieren sollte. Das Personal und die Chefin haben sich dann aber darum gekümmert. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, weil zentral. Das Restaurant ist aber nicht mehr in Betrieb, weil rund um den Ort viele Alternativen sind. Auch der Hotelbetrieb ist personell begrenzt. Ich denke es lohnt sich vielleicht gerade jetzt die Hotels zu unterstützen, damit das wieder besser werden kann. Ich kann auch den Besuch von Brandenburg empfehlen. Ein schönes Städtchen in dem sich zum Beispiel Spaziergänge am Wasser, ein Besuch der Kirchen und Museen oder Rundfahrten auf der Havel und der Seenlandschaft lohnen.

Nicht zufrieden!
Nicht zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer selber ist winzig. Ich habe über Hotel.com gebucht und hatte kurz nach der Buchung bereits im Hotel angerufen, weil ich die Anreisezeiten nicht einhalten konnte. Das Hotelpersonal informierte mich, dass ich einen Zugangscode am Anreisetag erhalten würde, weil die Rezeption am Abend nicht besetzt ist. Am Anreisetag habe ich keinen Code erhalten und versucht im Hotel anzurufen, leider ohne Erfolg. Selbst hotel.com hatte im Hotel niemanden erreichen können. Somit habe ich die Anreise aus Berlin nicht getätigt und das Hotel angeschrieben. Hier wurde mir am nächsten Tag mitgeteilt, dass man mir nicht glauben würde, dass ich tatsächlich anreisen wollte, sondern lediglich versuche den Zimmerpreis erstattet zu bekommen. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, die Dame war absolut uneinsichtig und behauptete einfach der Fehler würde bei mir liegen. Weil ich zwei Nächte gebucht hatte und am 2. Tag den Code erhalten habe nach telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme, konnte ich anreisen und durfte beide Nächte bezahlen.(Sensationell) Das Beste war, dass man bereits das Frühstück, was ich nicht mitgebucht habe einfach, per Kreditkarte abgebucht hatte. Nach Reklamation wurde dieses aber erstattet. Die Erreichbarkeit ist aus meiner Sicht hier nicht gegeben, was für ein Hotel normalerweise eine Pflichtaufgabe ist. Die Sauberkeit ist maximal als Durchschnittlich bewerten, weil sogar noch ein Handtuch feucht gewesen ist. Deswegen muss ich hier leider 1 Stern vergeben, weil den

Leuk hotel met lekker ontbijt, aller erop en eraan wat een stevig ontbijt nodig heeft. Mogelijkheid om buiten te ontbijten! Privé parking mogelijk in het binnenplein tegen 5 euro. Kamer was groot genoeg met twee aparte slaapkamers en klein terras!

Zimmer war sauber. Schöne Grosse Dusche Nur der Fernseher war seitlich vom Bett angebracht. Es fehlte ein Schwenkarm , damit man vernünftig Fernsehen konnte.

Ein sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern und sehr schönen Zimmern. Einziges Manko, der etwas gewöhnungsbedürftige Duschkopf der nicht wirklich dazu beiträgt, Wasser zu sparen weil wirklich wenig Wasser heraus kommt und dann auch noch eher in alle Richtungen als das es nach unten fließt.

Eine prima Unterkunft
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Es ist modern ausgestattet. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher unterstellen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich und sehr gut. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.
