"One night stay. Construction going on in lobby area, but no big deal. Room clean and spacious. Did not use any amenities. Parking easy but hotel not responsible for theft. Just need to check tub drains for hair every once in awhile so water drains properly; again no big deal. Would return and recommend."

"Electronic key almost never worked. I made multiple trips to the front desk for assistance. I noticed other guests having the same issue. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes before an agent turned up to check me in. Probably because the sole agent on duty was away from the desk helping other guests who were unable to unlock their room. It is time to replace/upgrade the locks. It is a huge nuisance for guests and staff."

"Cute location, lots of outdoor adventures nearby and on site. Great pizza and bands.. fire pits. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Vintage vibes. Great value and will return!"

"What a complete and utter lack of customer service and accommodation by this property. First on this booking: Had to extend a friend who was staying Saturday night, Booked this room at 9am and got confirmation. My friend's reservation was to extend with the new one. Front desk locked him out after shift change. They could not find the reservation and deactivated his keys. He returned at 6pm in panic. The front desk manager Ken was accomodating and let him take a brief nap while he sorted out the confusion. Ken also gave him a new room as my friend had issues with the last room. Besides Ken the Front Desk team is rude and curt and ignorant. Had issues Friday and Saturday with another reservation. Family who owns property is great but their 2 staff members Friday morning and Saturday evening are incompetent and nasty."

"Check in was slow because they put me in a corporate group I want part of, smelled like weed, people fighting in time until 230am, dogs barking."

"The room was clean but the toilet had issues and it took a while to get someone to come and fix it. When we were checking out we helped ourselves to fruit in the lobby and a staff member very loudly instructed another staff member not to refill the bowl of fruit. We felt like she was upset that we had some of the fruit. I loved the business center and the ease and convenience of printing a few last minute pages."
