First time booking hotel stay at this casino When checked into the hotel room Was long black hair in shower and under the sink was dirty The office area to print was out of paper for 2 days When leaving property trash cans outside were over full plus trash outside Wouldn't recommend

Orangewood Inn & Suites Kansas City Airport
The pillows were way too thick and big! I sleep on a smaller, narrower pillow. These big ones gave me a stiff neck. Maybe offer smaller pillows? Have one in the closet for availability? The staff at the front desk were nice and welcoming.
