「Everything was exceptional from booking the room and the welcome from the helpful staff. The only one issue is that there is no free parking and this has to be pre booked at £15 a night. And the shuttle bus does not take you back to your carpark even in wet weather. We would definitely stay there again we are visiting Co-op Live for another concert it’s so convenient, less than 5 minutes walk.」

「We booked this apt as we were attending a concert at the Etihad stadium. The apt is literally opposite the stadium, so quick and easy to get to stadium and back. The Apt itself was spacious, clean and tidy and above my expectations.」

「The room is clean, though the overall size is slightly small.」

「Room tidy Not too spacious 」

「Great location」

「Perfect location ， pleasant journey」

「All staff are very helpful. the room is well size n breakfast is good」

「The location is good and it is walk distance to shopping mall and other sightseeing spots. Just a few minutes walk you can have a beer in a pub around.」

「Staff were nice and helpful. The layout and all set up are above standard. I didn’t know they had a new policy for the swimming pool access when I booked the room, I got a message from the hotel they only allow guests of superior room or higher to access, or you pay for extra, When we checked in the staff gave us complimentary access, I don’t know if this is special treatment or for all guests who didn’t know the changes. The swimming pool was small and also a bit crowded, they rented out one...
