"O maior problema é que o hotel não possui vidro nas janelas, que fechem. Possui apenas uma lâmina de vidro, ou se fecha um lado ou outro. Eu questionei na recepção e eles me falaram que é assim mesmo. Além de ser frio o ambiente (estava 8 graus quando nos hospedamos), era muito barulho na rua - sem conforto térmico e acústico. "O atendimento foi excelente, com uma equipe muito simpática e acolhedora. O café da manhã estava delicioso, com variedade de pães, frios, sucos e bolos. A limpeza também estava impecável, e o banheiro do quarto era bem amplo, o que fez bastante diferença no conforto da estadia. E o melhor de tudo: a vista do quarto era simplesmente deslumbrante! "The hotel is pretty new, very nice, the staff are very kind and helpful, however I do recommend that management should require they take care more of their image, some of the front desk girls seems they don’t brush their hair, don’t use any makeup, they should definitely look a little bit better. The room is nice, the only thing that was extremely horrible was the bed, mattress hard, I would only stay here again if they improve their bed. Everything else was very nice. "
