Lá perto das 11:00 o SPA estava pela metade! E perdemos a manhã toda esperando! A recepcionista, não era nada gentil! (Seria de bom grado,fazerem um curso de como tratar clientes)!! Em todos os quartos, não tinha sobre lençol nas camas!...

"Piscinas e comida, decoração de natal excelentes. Conforto ruim, chuveiro mal aquecia e água caía pelos furos do chuveiro para outras direções. Colchão gasto, mole, côncavo. Faltava paleta no ar condicionado que não dava de direcionar, ficava na cabeça a noite toda. No meu aniversário o hotel não fez nada, deixou passar em branco."
