「Staff at check in was awful. We arrived early and they would do NOTHING to even attempt to have the room assigned to us made as quickly as possible. I understand that we arrived before the stated check-in and perhaps the room wasn't ready yet. But we were told there was nothing that could be done and we would have to wait 1 1/2 hours before we could check in. We came back at the check in time and the room was still not ready.」
