「Really nice location on the river, and a terrific breakfast place across the road, McKays. Hotel itself was in good shape, but never saw a maid. Room had a hand towel, washcloth and one bath towel. When I went to the desk the clerk apologized and said "Here is what I have", which was a bath towel and a couple pool towels. Next day maid never came to replenish towels. Table lamp between beds was not working. AC fan rattled. I get the impression owners arent staffing or putting money into...

「It is centrally located, designed thoughtfully with all the amenities you could need, very clean, and the staff is great. It is within steps of great restaurants (Ski Inn Taphouse Hotel included) and stores, and a short drive to other destinations (Bend, Redmond). Definitely recommend - and will stay again in the future. Thank you for such a great experience! 」
