「Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.」

「The room is so tiny and feel like living in a prison, other than that hotel staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast is surprising not bad. 」

「Comfortable and clean room which was well equipped. Fantastic breakfast. Issue with EV chargers not having signal was only let down but these are not run by the hotel but another company.」

「Greeted by very friendly staff who then showed me to my room, drink selection good but I didn't eat there so can't judge that, I will say there is a broken window in the room but it doesn't affect noise or sleep and there was two pieces of broken glass on the table, but it's a lovely place 100% would stay there again 」

「Extremely convenient, very clean, and well equipped with everything you need. A bit further out of Milton Keynes but I would rather stay here than at a Premier Inn. Quieter, cleaner and better value for money. Staff are also lovely. 」

「I came in June 2025 and came back in August 2025 and was just as pleased as the first stay. Perfect location, very clean rooms,,the staff is perfect informative and always helpful. My room was perfect with a perfect view. My first stay in June was for 6 nights and this stay in August was for 6 nights. You step out of the hotel directly to your safe boardwalk and it is located next to the town for all you needs and comfort 」

「This B&B is a delight. I was greeted by the owner on my arrival and shown to the room. The annex was lovely and clean with great facilities. The setting is amazing and so peaceful. The breakfast choice was great and a plentiful cooked breakfast was offered with a selection of cereal, yogurt and fruit. This is now my go to accommodation for the area and have returned several times. First class……」
