「They were awesome as always. If anything they were way more awesome than usual. Diego was kind to me and gave me some snacks on the house. This was because my original hotel for the same night randomly canceled on me. They didn't even do anything wrong, but this hotel did customer service for poor treatment from a different hotel! Really made my night. Thank you. Will book again!!!」

「If you want to use the microwave, you have to travel down to the lobby.... and fully expect to take a shower while washing your hands in the shallow sink. Especially since the showerhead will about jet spray your skin off. The bed was comfortable (though the pillows were really lumpy). But, that's about the best I can say. Not sure I'd stay here again - there were just enough uncomfortable nuances that would cause me to book elsewhere....」

「Coffee was old and not hot. The room dishes were lacking, no dish soap, and room was medium clean. Kinda old too. Not the best RI I have stayed in.」

「Restaurants had lots of great healthy selections, but after a couple of days, you definitely want something different. Pools were great. I would say the only downside is it is still a really nice resort off the highway.」

「everything is ok, except there was no hair dryer on the room. no one work in the front desk after 10 pm. when i took a shower and found that there was no hair dryer on the room and i had to keep the wet hair to sleep」

「Everything was great about this hotel. The only thing that lowered my score was the AC in the room was very loud. It cooled well but the noise kept me up during the night.」

「So I stayed 2 nights. Got in late late the 1st night and the front desk was very helpful that Friday night. Sarurdays breakfast was awesome and as expected however sunday's breakfast selection was not as expected. Hasbrowns were hard and tasteless and it was a bare minimum for hot food. I wasn't expecting that. Other than that ..the stay was very nice」
