"Breakfast terrible "

"The housekeeper kept opening our door checkout was at 12 but she was opening it at 10:30 like we were supposed to be gone she opened it once and saw her and quickly shut it and then she reopened it like a minute later and stepped inside. Meanwhile, my daughter was getting dressed in the bedroom with the door open so the housekeeper proceeds to grab the sign and put it on the door. I felt very uneasy after that"

" My wife and I traveled so often for our daughter’s soccer games and last weekend we were visiting Duke University. We experienced a very friendly and courteous staff who were so ready to work with us. The staff were respectful and even though we met different people on Saturday and Sunday they all treated us as valued customers through their little gestures towards us and we sincerely appreciate them. "Upsetting "

"We had to change rooms due to a terrible mildew smell. The second room we got still had a damp mildew/moldy smell and there was a moldy film on the window. Not sure if the carpet has been cleaned and not dried and mildewed or what the issue was but it was not pleasant at all. "
