"Everyone was nice and the rooms are really clean"

"The first room I was in the thermostat didn’t work. So I went down to the desk and the staff was very nice and switched my room. Which I appreciated! "

"They staff member at check-in was great. Our shower was dirty and lights in hall didn’t work. Only had two coffee pods they only service every other day so no cups. They person at the breakfast was so busy on they phone never wiped the table check trash refilled food until someone asked friendly but too busy on phone. Someone tracked in mud it took over 8 hours before anyone cleaned up. The water in the lobby was always empty. The gentleman at food today our check day was amazing. Cleaned table trued very hard to please all the guest I could see"

"Greeted promptly on arrival and checked in easily. Room was clean and spacious - so much room in a King Suite with a full kitchen to boot! We were thankful for the pullout sofa with an additional friend with us and slept 3 easily. Entire property from lobby to parking lot to our room was clean and well kept. The gym and Pilates room were a bonus! And nothing was overlooked for the breakfast buffet with something for everyone and lots of extras to boot! Ladies working buffet were kind and helpful. Front desk staff greeted us with each return and made us feel welcome! 5 stars for sure!"

"The room was not as clean sofa dingy, and sunken in. Just didn’t seem as clean but we needed to stay in Denton. "

"The room itself was a great set up and spacious. However, the moment we walked in, you could tell it was very hot. I assumed we needed to adjust the thermostat which I did. The bedroom was cold but the living room where my son slept was hot. We were in town to audition at UNT and left early the next day. We did not have a change to tell the front desk until later that evening about the AC. I feel as though the previous guest must have said something as well and this room should not have been available. Maintenance were not able to fix the AC and we had to move rooms. "

"Ac worked a few seconds only, toilet didn’t refill tank after flush. Saw a few small roaches, and remote would not lower tv volume. "
