Super hôtel bien que la ville soit un peu « morte » parfait pour un repos total et heureusement que Vérone es pas très loin en voiture. Tout était très bien juste un peu déçu par le petit déjeuner où il n’y avais quasiment rien

Le niveau global est tout à fait convenable pour le prix payé dans notre cas. Quelques éléments cassés mais réparés dans la chambre baisse la note. Le fait de ne pas devoir éteindre la climatisation la nuit peut être gênant pour certains. Le petit déjeuner est bien et le personnel très souriant et serviable.

Better than expected.

Room was better than we expected. Just lacking a kettle which would have been nice. Breakfast selection was amazing. So much to choose from, exceeded our expectations. Would stay again. Only negative was on booking we were told tourist tax was included but on arrival we had to pay, including for small children.

Despite its remote location-which already poses a challenge for travelers-the hotel environment was unwelcoming and uncomfortable from the outset. Upon arrival, groups of truck drivers were openly drinking beer at the entrance, and another individual was seen sitting on the parking pavement, leaning against the building in a concerning state. This did little to inspire confidence in the establishment’s standards or safety. The check-in process was frustratingly slow, exacerbated by indifferent and unhelpful customer service. Basic amenities were severely lacking; astonishingly, the hotel had only six bottles of water available for purchase. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom was not only outdated but also visibly dirty. Most distressing was the pervasive smell of sewage, the source of which could not be identified. Rather than addressing the underlying issue, staff attempted to mask the odor with an overwhelming amount of artificial fragrance in the closets. This unpleasant combination of sewage and perfume made it impossible to get a restful night’s sleep. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing, and significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and general upkeep. It is also quite noisy area. I can’t understand good reviews, this is probably the worst hotel we have ever been. In a nutshell - AVOID!!!

Hotel con sus años, pero muy bien conservado. Estaba impoluto, muy limpio. Sábanas limpias y cama cómoda. El desayuno era bastante abundante, había de todo, salado y dulce. Lo que más me gustó es que había bebidas vegetales para los intolerantes a lactosa. La recepcionista que nos atendió muy amable; Ian chica que estaba por la noche, morenita. Estaba unos 10’ de verona
