Staff are lovely. Hotel restaurant is amazing. Had to pay extra to upgrade room. Be careful when packing stairwells are very tight . Difficult to navigate. Elevator available very tight, understandably not North American standards.

The stay here far exceeded my expectations as a traveler from the US. With Fiuggi being a smaller town I didn’t expect the staff to know English that well but the in fact did!!
