「It was fine. I purchased an apartment with two twin beds and was only given one full bed, and they didn’t make it right. The air conditioner was broken and I had to fix it myself. Be advised you are responsible for providing your OWN toilet paper and trash bags after the first one. They also do not supply enough towels. For example they show a terraced area for dining but with no indication to which flat it refers. Also we reported that the TV did not work (or connect to the internet) on day one.
