Nice hotel close to the beach

Lovely hotel, a little tired in areas but overall a pleasant experience. Our room was situated on a frequently used corridor so very noisy with people walking up and down the stairs. Good free parking though

One night stay

very easy and quick check in. the rooms were well decorated and very clean and tidy. Very comfy beds and all well located to local bars and restaurants. We will stay again and recommend Burley court to all of our friends.

When we first got there I think it was the manager on reception but he wasn’t very friendly at all our room was nothing like the pictures on the website I would say it’s outdate could do with a bit of diy being done and an update we had paid for breakfast as stated on our booking but the manager had printed it off saying room only so the poor girl on Sunday morning had to sort it out luckily I had my original email and for £170 pounds expect better for a one night stay

My room hadn’t been made up when I checked in at about 5pm and when I carried my luggage back to reception she didn’t believe me and asked me to go back to the room, I had to then carry my luggage back to the room. Bed unmade and dirty crockery by the bed, then had to carry luggage back to reception where I was asked to wait in the lounge while they arranged for room to be made up. No offer of tea or coffee, I went off to eat elsewhere and came back 3 hours later when room was made up.

Staff excellent. Very clean but dated hotel. Had run out of bar snacks and white wine as had been busy day before🤔 was a bit like a modern day fawlty towers. No dinner at hotel and lunch finished at 2pm. We arrived at 13.55🤔 could only get channel 2 on TV. Room was very large though.

The Hotel is Within easy walking distance to town & beach, has plenty of parking spaces, friendly attentive staff, room 34 was spacious, clean & bright with large TV, tea & coffee facilities, comfy double bed has en-suite with a bath & shower, clean bedding & towels, lovely breakfasts

Well positioned hotel

The hotel is nicely positioned for everything Bournemouth has to offer. It just needs updating and more effort on making furnishings more comfortable...needs decent mattresses and cushions for poolside beds...it’s just the little things in life that make a difference. The staff and staff attitude were great.

It was a pleasant stay, with no air con in the room it was tropical weather, and there wasn't pressure of the water for shower... that was dissapoiting cuz in 2018 at 3* hotel in least a good shower you should have. But overall it was ok.

Great holiday with family . Staff were wonderful , manager extremely helpful and knows the business inside out. Lovely pool for the kids to splash around in. Helped of course by great weather over bank holiday weekend
