I am writing to express my disappointment following our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations due to several issues.
Upon arrival, we noticed mould on the curtain, a dirty bath, and a non-functional telephone in the room. While we appreciated being offered a 50% discount on the first night, we have since reviewed the charges and noticed that the full 50% was not actually refunded as agreed.
Additionally, despite having the “service room” label displayed on our door for the entire day, no housekeeping staff attended our room. We were left without clean towels and other essentials, which caused significant inconvenience.
While Josephine, the manager, was helpful and tried her best to assist us, our overall stay was disappointing. Given the circumstances, we feel that more could have been done to rectify the situation, but unfortunately we had limited options at the time.
We kindly ask that you review our concerns and the refund discrepancy and advise on the next steps. We hope to see a resolution that reflects the inconvenience we experienced.
