Tres bon sejour. Residence avec un tres bon rapport qualité prix. Spacieux et équipé, le séjour fut agréable. facilité de récupération des clefs ainsi que de restitution. Petit bémol pour l'insonorisation.

A éviter

Logement au fond f’une cour insalubre. Le logement était propre ainsi que les communs. Chaleur étouffante avec aucune possibilité de rafraichir sauf un ventilateur de plafond bruyant et inefficace. Des allées et venues toute la nuit dans le couloir - point d’echange stupéfiants ?- Nous avions réservé deux nuits,une a suffi et nous sommes partis.

Bel espace

Logement proche du centre, situé dans une cour donc très calme. Très facile à trouver, proche de commerces. Appartement situé au 1er étage, spacieux, bien équipé et très bien décoré. Capsules de café et de thé appréciées, merci. Se fut un plaisir après avoir visité la ville sous la canicule de prendre une bonne douche fraîche et de pouvoir se reposer dans cet appartement.

Appartement correct mais très mal climatisé

L'appartement est correct (spacieux et bien équipé) mais il est insupportable par temps chaud. En effet, cet appartement ne dispose que de deux petits vasistas (30 cm sur 1 mètre) situés en haut du mur, juste sous le plafond : l'aération est donc quasi nulle. Si encore le climatiseur fonctionnait correctement, ce défaut d'aération pourrait être corrigé. Mais bien que nous ayons fait fonctionner ce climatiseur toute la journée, comme l'agence nous l'a conseillé, la température est restée insupportable pendant les 3 jours : jusqu'à 37 degrés celsius aux pires moments, et jamais en dessous de 30 degrés.

la salle de bain est dramatique. pas de Vmc et sèche serviette non fonctionnel. les serviettes ne pouvaient donc pas sécher. le mécanisme de la vasque était bloqué j'ai du forcer pour l'ouvrir, les tétines du plafonnier de douche étaient obturées à 80%. il suffit pourtant de le gratter avec l'ongle que je l'ai fait pour certaines... par ailleurs l'acoustique est déplorable. on entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins, y compris le compère alcoolisé qui vient frapper à 4h du matin (toutes portes fermées bien sûr). enfin, l'odeur régnant dans l'appartement, malgré plusieurs heures d'ouverture des fenêtres est assez hallucinante, il doit y avoir un animal mort.... deux nuits désastreuses pour moi.

Rapport qualité/prix intéressant

J'ai trouvé que la résidence La Cocarde était bien située non loin des points d'intérêt de Bourges et un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Juste un petit bémol sur la poubelle qui ne comportait pas de sac poubelle et les carreaux qui n'étaient pas nettoyés.

Excellent séjour. Grand studio moderne et propre, bien entretenu, très calme, et central. Tout petit bémol : des marches hautes, et 2 escaliers abruptes à déconseiller aux personnes âgées ! 😉 Mais adresse à recommander. 🙂

Logement sale de la poussière des feuilles a tabac sous le lit Des poils sur le lavabo et sur la tablette de la salle de bains Torchons pour la vaiselle tacher Une jolie surprise nous a attendu lors de l'ouverture de la fenetre de la cuissine (des chaussons). La tele ne fonctionne pas Le lit en fer n'ai pas tres confortable Très gros doute sur le faites que le menage soit fais entre chaque occupant. Drap et serviette de toilette sont changer

Je n’y retournerai pas

Établissement très bruyant, aucun respect des résidents durant la nuit, beaucoup de passages et de bruit. Je suis arrivé dans un petit studio qui avait une très très forte odeur de cigarette, moi qui ne fume pas, j’ai dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour pouvoir respirer, sachant que je travaillais sur place la journée et que la nuit ce n’était pas mieux… J’ai attrapé froid à force de laisser la fenêtre ouverte et en rentrant chez moi, j’ai fait une lessive de toutes mes vêtements qui sentaient le tabac. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet endroit qui est pourtant très bien placé. Il y a des travaux de voirie dans la rue principale à quelques dizaines de mètres J’aurais aimé être avertie que je ne pouvais pas accéder à l’endroit en voiture, sans devoir faire un gros détour !!
