「J'ai réservé pour ma femme et mes 2 filles dans cet établissement la nuit du 22 août pour prendre le bateau le lendemain, elles étaient ravies, la chambre très propre, litterie, salle de bain tout, le personnel très gentil, un grand merci pour Hayat pour sa gentillesse au téléphone.

「Our room was filled with cigarette smoke coming from the vents and connecting doors. We had booked a non-smoking room and also read on the website that the building is smoke free. But, when we tried to change rooms, we were told the property was full. Our baby developed a cough and we all had sore throats and burning eyes.
