However the family rooms were not interconnecting and our children had a room on another floor without a bathroom so they had to use our bathroom at night, we ended up having one adult and one child in each room as it wasn't ideal for young children. We hadn't realised the family room was actually two totally separate rooms on different floors. The host was welcoming and friendly at first but seemed a bit confused as we left and...

"We had a lovely overnight stay in the 2 bedroom gite. Gite is really nicely decorated , comfortable beds and clean and comfortable duvet and pillows. We all enjoyed the use of the swimming pool and use of tennis courts. Swimming pool area is really nicely set up…access to refreshments was a bonus. I loved the serenity of the place. Would recommend and will come again."

I was welcomed by Mme La Comtesse and shown to my beautiful room. Lovely period decor with all modern amenities. Even a decanter with port ! Very quiet. And in the morning what a view ! "This hotel took us by suprise.. Room was great on the 6th floor over looking the city.. Very walkable to see the churches or down to river area.. Many food options in-between.. We loved how the windows open for fresh air and ability to take great pictures of the area.. And a decent breakfast to top it all off.. I would definitely visot here again.."
