Lovely new clean hotel. It’s an older persons living facility but that is no issue. The area is still being built but there was no noise from construction. The car park is unfinished but again not an issue. The breakfast was cheap and good. It’s a little out of the main areas but 20mins walk from the beach or @10mins walk to nice restaurants.

A residential home or holiday apartments?

A lovely new block of apartments close to the harbour and marina but currently surrounded by building works. When completed the venue will be a great asset to Boulogne Su Mer. Note that property is primarily aimed at senior citizens, very much like a McArthy and Stone complex with a high ratio of residents from this sector. The management has released spare capacity to the wider public and while we were there users included a student and a young business manager. That said, the management appear to be struggling to reconcile the two target audiences and those using the property outside of the senior citizen audience faced a limited choice of breakfast. Overall the site offers great value and facilities but could benefit from some more experience on how to cater for the general public.

Well, this place seems brand new and is clean and the apartments are lovely, there is a lot of noise of construction and seagulls over the canal. Also, the staff is not terribly welcoming. And the breakfast was poor. Customers had no access to any of the food. For €11, you got served weak coffee and a toast and croissant. Compared to the average continental breakfast in France that’s pretty bad. You had to ask for anything while the staff helped themselves to espresso.

Formule un peu surprenante; zenao se situe à l'interieur d'une résidence pour séniors vouée à devenir exclusivement une résidence pour seniors (et c'est bien dommage!). Tout proche du centre ville, à 2 pas de l'association cycl'eco, à 10 mn de nausicaa, cette résidence est idéalement située. Très bien tenue. Personnel agréable. Parfait!

Superbe appart hotel! Nous y avons séjourné pour une nuit, l'endroit est très calme. Il se situe dans une residence senior neuve. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et diversifié.

Très déçu ! Mobilier rudimentaire, pas de porte-manteau ni d'étagères pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain. Douche fermée par un rideau en plastique qui coulisse (mal) sur une barre qui vous tombe dessus lors de la fermeture du rideau. Porte papier toilette qui oblige à des contorsions car difficilement accessible....Vaisselle quasi inexistante, 2 couverts mais pas de cuillères à soupe, pas de bols, pas de mugs ...Aucun miroir mural....Bruit infernal, obligeant à fermer les fenetres, dû à une bouche de sortie de vmc en façade. De plus le quartier en construction est bruyant sans compter motos et mobylettes qui se croient sur un circuit de vitesse... Le rapport qualité/prix est negatif. Y passer une nuit si nécessité sinon trouver un autre endroit!
