「Good location and view」

「The temperature was 35C, we arrrived past 7pm and were exhausted, we checked in through phone instruction. It was good till we turn on AC which was not working and we were told it'll be fix the following day. Very inconvinient and terrible experience due to thunderstorm, time and situation. They can't give us a new room because it was full at that time. They know from the start the AC was not working and we were not informed ahead of time. Very disappointed because we have to spend more than...

「The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant was good. However there is nothing else around. We were on our way to La Rochelle and it was a good stop off point for one night. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Parking very easy and just of the autoroute」

「Cet hôtel est vraiment budget budget. L'odeur dans les chambres n'est pas très bonne et la literie est vraiment mauvaise. Par contre, le personnel est très sympathique et est force de proposition.」

「The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner.」

「I knew going in it was going to be a 1 star hotel. Staff were very helpful, was cheap, air conditioning was OK, tv signal didn't work at all. Door didn't lock on toilet or front door. Bed was comfy . Unfortunately myself and my brother couldn't stay due to a sudden attack of ptsd that happened to my brother within 2 hrs of our stay. We tried getting a refund for our stay but expedia couldn't give us one.」

「Nous avons passé une nuit à la Fontaine Racine afin de découvrir la Cité Internationale de la Langue Française située à 15 mn en voiture. Cette maison familiale est pleine de charme, avec tout le confort. La décoration est épurée. L'accueil est charmant. Le petit déjeuner copieux. Nous n'avons pas pu profité du jardin en raison de la météo. La vue sur le canal de l'Ourq est un vrai plus, dommage que les chambres d'hôtes donnent de l'autre côté.」

「櫃檯女士的服務非常親切，會很有耐心和顧客溝通，只是在下午二點到五點期間，旅館內沒有任何服務人員。房間內整潔舒適，只是浴室裡抽風機非常大聲，就算是門關起來，睡覺時還是覺得有點吵。旅館的位置離市區有點遠，從車站到旅館，就算是搭乘公車也需要再步行十五分鐘的時間。旅館旁邊有一間超市，買日用品很方便，旅館附近有一間KFC，也可以解決用餐的問題，整體住宿環境還算不錯。」
