「All of the above! The staff is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am so glad that we didn’t stay at one of the bigger named hotels. I am handicapped and was very concerned about not having an elevator. The staff helped with our belongings. I am looking forward to going back in warmer weather. Fairplay is such a nice town. 」

Great value and best bed I've slept on anywhere in the area. Great location close to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone ski resorts, with the hike/bike trails really close. You can ride to Keystone or go west, and ride out past Vail on the Ten Mile trail. We would stay here again!」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」
