「The Inn is in a great location in a quaint town and is very walkable to local restaurants and shops. The decor is very welcoming and the unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. There are stairs to some of the units, so if that is an issue you will want to plan accordingly. The breakfast and afternoon snacks/wine was lovely.」

「We had a wonderful stay! Every staff member we interacted with was delightful. Such great service! The hotel is so clean and beautifully designed. Our room was comfortable and laid out thoughtfully. There is a little sound coming from the interstate if you are on that far side of the hotel at night, but it wasn’t disruptive. The hot tub and pools are awesome! We really appreciated that the pools open early and stay open late. We would love to stay again.」

「The rooms were very nice but the bed was a bit hard for us. Half the elevators were not working so there was always a long wait with a crowded elevator and we were on the 27th floor. The restaurants were average but very expensive with not so great service. We had to change rooms due to the A/C not working but they gladly moved us. 「Tour guide for all three of our tours, Ashley, was amazing! The car lot attendant was informative and kind. She made us feel welcomed. The lady at the check in desk was outstanding and knowledgeable. The tours were great. The steam room was inop. The gym should have been more accessible. We cannot wait until 8am to exercise all the time with our busy itineraries. Beautiful overall.」

「The rooms itself were cool. However, they should be for younger folk. The 2nd bed had STEEP stairs to get up to the loft. 2 of my family members are physically unable to climb vertical stairs, so I ended up going up. Scary to get down! Need to have a way that the steps are able to pull out. Because of the 4th of July affected their supplies of food, they hardly had anything to eat. It also wasn't ready at 4pm. It was 5:30 before they got done cleaning. Trash wasn't emptied from prior guest...
