Valet was rude, we stood there and waited for someone to help us. Then in check-in the guy told us they didn’t have to do the Expedia rewards and he was basically doing us favour, was a very odd thing to say. Then we got to room and there was old food in the fridge and bathroom had toothpaste all over it.
