"The newer building where great two separate bathrooms. The pool however needs to put a limit of how many drinks people can have. There is also a staff member at the restaurant that wasn't to friendly. However overall all structure was great."

"Hi, the hotel is beautiful and at a good location. The staff was attentive when we checked in. We had two issues, first we didn’t get our room clean when we requested. While our stayed only one time the room was cleaned because we kept calling to get it clean and get clean towels. Also, the room temperature was very hot. The hotel room is expensive, we were not expecting this to happen."

"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"Wonderful property, amazing hosts. 20 minutes outside of Florence center-easy to get a taxi. My family loved everything about our stay here!"
