"The pensiune is a rural retreat - great location for the wooden churches of Maramureş. It does require a car due to the rural location. The food (4 course suppers and breakfast) were excellent Romanian home-cooking. And the welcome was warm despite a language barrier (my limited Romanian and the owner’s limited English). I would happily stay there again!"
