"This property is conveniently located near North Station and a Dunkin Donuts. The wooden pod beds and bunk beds are clean. Lockers with your own lock are present. I was able to store some bags, also. Front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The property has a cool modern woody minimal pastel aesthetic. The lounge on the seventh floor enables guests to chill out while enjoying treats from a vending machine. I stayed and then came back for another stay as I was satisfied with the property. "

"CitizenM is our new go to hotel. This is our second time staying but now in Boston. The staff was incredible. The hotel itself was clean and in a convenient location."

"The hotel was awesome. The room was clean, small very small but hey it's Boston. The bed was comfy. The room was quiet from hotel noise but could hear the street noise at times. That's okay we were in the city! The staff was friendly and i could always find someone working there whether I was looking for help or not. The onsite bar is fab- I love that there are two. This gave options with seats, views, vides and experiences"

"We just loved it here. It was a short distance from the main street which was perfect because it was quiet. It’s directly across the street from the beach. The weather was cold and rainy so we didn’t take advantage of it. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. And 2 chocolate and ice cream shops that are delicious. The front desk clerk, I believe her name was Lisa was awesome. She recommended places to eat that were really good We will definitely be back"
