Old Boston meets New!
What a wonderful stay we had at the Omni Parker House— where newly renovated, gorgeously designed rooms meet a clear commitment to preserving the history and charm of the 170 year old hotel. From check-in to check out and everything in between, all of our needs were attended to with positivity and a desire to please the customers.
You need not travel far from the hotel for one of a kind experiences! We had a lovely lunch at Parker’s restaurant and everything was delicious- don’t forget the Boston Cream Pie and Parker House rolls that were first created there. An after dinner drink in the lobby at the Last Hurrah was another special experience. The lobby itself is grand and befitting a historic hotel. Everything about the stay felt special.
When you do venture out of the hotel, you are literally steps away from superb dining, all the history the city has to offer, and exciting nightlife. You absolutely do not need a car if you’re a casual tourist, as almost everything is walkable (except Fenway- a short subway trip)!
The rooms are all fully renovated, and every detail is just beautiful. Some reviewers mentioned the size of the room and bathroom being on the small side, but my family (husband and son are 6’4” said people must be looking for things to complain about! What a beautiful space they’ve created amidst the charm and history of this perfectly appointed hotel!
Don’t forget to check out the bottom level of the hotel where you can see all of the histo
