I recently stayed at the Hyatt and had a mixed experience. When I first arrived, the room smelled musty, so I asked to change rooms. The second room was slightly better but still had a faint musty odor, which was disappointing.
On the positive side, dining was very convenient. There’s a restaurant right in the building, and it was easy to get a good meal without having to leave the hotel. The hotel staff overall were super nice and helpful, which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the shuttle driver left a bad impression. When we came outside, the shuttle was there with the door open, but the driver was nowhere to be seen. We waited outside until he finally came out and rather rudely told us, “Get in, the door is open.” Then, instead of dropping us at the departures area at the airport, he dropped us at arrivals, which was inconvenient and unprofessional.
Overall, the friendliness of most staff and the convenient dining were highlights, but the musty rooms and unpleasant shuttle experience brought down my stay.
