「Avoid if the caravan is owned privately. We stayed her last year and had a great time, with all facilities passes included in the price. This year we upgraded for a hot tub, but the experience was very poor as the owner is not the venue itself. No passes provided, so no access to some bars and any evening entertainment. Hot tub did not work. Owner made no effort to resolve. Wifi did not work. Owner made no effort to resolve. Cutlery and cheese grater in drawers found to be dirty....

「This was the best caravan that we’ve ever stayed in,it had all the amenities you get at home, dishwasher, fridge freezer, big tv was superb, with loads of channels,we had a problem where the gas bottle ran out, which was replaced immediately the morning after, the owner was a pleasure to deal with, and if we stay in that area,we will definitely stay there again」

「Disappointing check-in experience Unfortunately, my experience with this property was very disappointing, particularly the check-in process. Before arrival, I was asked by the property owner to make an additional payment directly to a bank account. I was uncomfortable with this method of payment as it was outside the normal booking process and did not provide the same level of protection or reassurance as paying through the booking platform. I contacted the property to try to clarify the...

「So shops are near by as are arcades etc but the van its self needs updating. It hadn't been cleaned much as there was sand in bathrooms, dirt up the sides near dinner table cob webs etc etc but as we was staying one night we felt with it. Tho 1 bathroom the floor felt unsafe and the roof in living room looks as if bowing.」

「Just spent 3 nights here, nice cosy and clean. Caters to most, few mod cons however we did have issues with tv but we do like to watch Netflix etc (that's just us, each to there own) . From previous stays at different places you usually get a welcome booklet/sheet which would have helped a little but any issues you have just contact host (Simon) Nothing bad to say about our stay tbh, good value for price maybe could use a little tlc (again me being a bit picky) but we did enjoy our stay which...

「Loverly stay」

「I would highly recommended this caravan. The site & caravan are easy to find. The caravan was very clean, finished to a very high standard, very pet friendly, ideal & safe for both pets & children with access from both doors to a veranda that has a lockable gate to ensure they can't leave the property alone. Its was very quiet, & the beds were very comfortable, best caravan I've ever stayed in. Large American fridge freezer & built in washing machine which would be ideal for families & the bonus...

「Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. Tina gave an interesting talk about them, whilst we were able to feed them. Our stay was truly lovely and the sunsets, other wildlife were just the ‘icing on...

「Lovely caravan very spacious」

「I contacted Katie twice, once to ask how we got the keys and once to ask about parking, she answered the phone immediately and was lovely to speak to. The caravan was really nice, clean and in a good location. Shops, bars and places to eat in walking distance. Good price too to say it was August school holidays. If we visit this area again we would definitely stay here again.」

「Our second time in Lighthouse Lodge. A bit confusing initially , with the site change, but love the new setting. The Lodge is absolutely perfect for us and our dogs love it too. Our staffy Lola refused to leave, never one's to upset her we had to promise to return and we will.」

「Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, our stay at Sunnyside 41 was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The sofa was noticeably dirty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. We also experienced repeated problems with the electricity, with the power tripping off around three times during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. There was also no Smart TV available, despite this being something we expected. Another issue was that the cleaner arrived around 30 minutes before...
