"We stopped overnight on our way to Spain, parking was great. There wasn’t a restaurant but there were eateries close by. Staff were fantastic and helpful. The room was clean and functional. The TV was in French only, it would have been nice to access other channels. Our only gripe was the carpet in room 14 was dreadful with numerous marks on it. It definitely needs replacing. Other than that a great place to crash. It also had a swimming pool which we would have used had we not been shattered. "

"The male receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Almost threw my phone back at me after fixing a problem that he had caused. Then told us there were restaurants 200 metres away. One was spud-u-like (or similar) the other was in the rugby stadium. Internet connection didn’t work as intended nor did lift security. Breakfast was very limited - if things ran out they didn’t replace them, and the server started clearing things away half an hour before finishing time. We had stayed at campanile in Le Mans the night before - great experience there, very different to what we experienced in Clermont. "
