The staff were very welcoming and helpful, hotel was comfortable and convenient for ski bus and walk into town. All in all a relaxing stay.

The management of the hotel is super gentle, personable, and fun. They can find you good restaurants, and they are very keen to make you feel happy and comfortable. Rooms are clean and breakfast is super!

Motorcycle vacation 2023

Great family hotel with staff who really want you to feel good. Very service minded. They served special dinner menu each day and you had the possibility to discuss the menu in the morning with the owner. We highly recommend this hotel.

Discreto gentili ma il ristorante è chiuso

Tutto ok, personale gentile e cordiale, grossa pecca sull’app è presente il servizio ristorante che in realtà non è operativo….per lo meno del periodo che sono stato io Parcheggio sulla strada, garage non disponibile e in caso di auto elettrica non si ha colonnina di ricarica

Sauberes kleines Hotel mit leckerem Essen

Grandioses mehrgängiges Essen à la Italiana, persönlich serviert von der Chefin. Das alleine schon ein Grund, dort zu sein. Wir hatten einen One-Night Pit Stop, daher störte das sehr kleine Zimmer nicht. Das Bad war modern, das Frühstück umfangreic. Meine absolute Empfehlung.

Ottima accoglienza, camera un po' sottodimensionata rispetto al letto ( una piazza e mezza, molto comodo), no sky o frigo bar. colazione molto buona e abbondante, grande gentilezza. Parcheggio in strada. Consigliato.

Great hospitality

The hospitality at the Terme hotel was great. Very Helpful & smiley people. The hotel is close to the city center (a bit up on a hill for those who have walking problem, otherwise it’s a good exercise). Rich breakfast. Clean. Beautiful view from the rooms. I highly recommend booking in this hotel. If I will be again in Bormio I will definitely book at this hotel.
